Monday - Wednesday

Invite 5-10 attendees
Approve guest sign ups on lu.ma daily
Confirm venue availability and access

Thursday - Friday

Order food to arrive at 12:30 pm on Sunday for 15-20 people
Approve guest sign ups on lu.ma daily

Saturday

Approve final few guest sign ups on lu.ma
Finalize event playlist and charge speaker for music

Sunday Before Session Begins

Arrive by 12:15 and set up food in kitchen once it is delivered
Set up beverages, snacks, and/or merch on coffee table near TV
Erase all whiteboards in the office space
Connect to speaker and play event playlist
Connect to TV and set up Focus Timer
Place doorstop to keep door open

Sunday During Session

Check in guests and swipe them up to the office space
Housekeeping rules (co-working atmosphere, clean up after yourselves, no photos except for final selfie, no talking about work!)
Round of brief introductions (Name, Hometown, What they will work on, QOTD
Share that Guest WiFi password is posted around the room
Focus round (1 hour) then break (20 mins) then another Focus round (1 hour) then Demos (25 mins)

Sunday End of Session

Take group selfie
Encourage guests to pack and take home any leftover food
Thoroughly clean up office space and kitchen
